6 simple steps to guarantee yourself a good day

  1. Wake up earlier than usual (this may require going to bed earlier than usual)
  2. Allow yourself no more than 45 minutes to get ready for the day
  3. Go to campus with 30+ minutes before first class starts
  4. Sit down in a place you like where you don’t have to talk to anyone if you don’t want to
  5. Do something productive for the remaining 30 minutes (small victories) (I might recommend leisurely reading a book or a newspaper)
  6. Show up to class 5+ minutes early
